Black Tea & Citrus Bitters

Cocktail bitters combining tannic black tea (typically Assam or Ceylon) with bright citrus peel — lemon, orange, or bergamot. Produces an Earl-Grey-like aromatic complexity used to lift tea-forward old fashioneds, gin highballs, and citrus-driven sours. The tea tannin is the distinguishing axis vs. plain citrus or aromatic bitters.
