Just My Type

I have a type. A cocktail type that is. My go-to drink is a spirit, some sort of fruit or herb (or both) syrup, citrus and bubbles. I like what I like. We went overboard at Sam’s the other day and got wayyyy too much fruit. Like I don’t need 15 apricots. But I bought them anyway. And nectarines and kiwi. Guess I’ll be making a lot of fruit cocktails this week 😂. Cheers y’all!!

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

View MoreCombine all ingredients except Prosecco in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill, double strain into a coupe glass and top with the Prosecco. Garnish.
Editor's Note
Apricot and thyme find a perfect partner in gin, while a Prosecco float adds a crisp, effervescent finish to this stone-fruit sour.
