Spring is springing over here! A simple spritz gets jazzed up with the warm weather flavors of elderflower, tea and apricot. I used rosemary and thyme from my garden as a garnish but you could use another herb if you’re not a fan of these.

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Elderflower and apricot nectar create a bright, floral base for this seasonal spritz. A dash of tea-infused bitters adds a necessary tannic structure to the finish.

This is my kind of spritz, a poolside sip for sure. What apricot nector brand did you use?
