Rinse the glass with Absinthia Organic Absinthe (I always save any excess – who wants to pour out perfectly delicious absinthe?!). Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into the prepared glass. Add two dashes of absinthe to the top of the cocktail.

Editor's Note

A bold, anise-forward riff on the classic Corpse Reviver No. 2. The increased absinthe presence adds a punchy, aromatic finish to this citrus-heavy sour.
