Another day, another layered dessert shooter, this time with peppermint schnapps instead of crème de menthe. The layering didn't work as well with tonight's drink as it did with yesterday's, but I liked this one better. The peppermint schnapps weren't as cloying as the crème de menthe, and the flavors combined for a lovely little shooter.
