This Saturn riff is named after a quote by British Diamond Magnate and South African Politician Cecil Rhodes. He and his company colonized what is now Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi. He was a staunch British Imperialist and was quoted as saying he would 'annex the planets if he could'
