Another big one. Definitely a new favourite—instant classic status in this house for sure. Will need to get a new batch of infused rum on the go as I used the last of it on this!

Combine all ingredients in a drink mixer tin. Blend for 10 seconds. Open pour into a large glass or tiki mug. Top with more ice if necessary. Garnish with banana chips, a cinnamon stick and mint sprig.
