Aperol Negroni

Went down an Aperol rabbit hole to test some new recipes. While I’m not sure you can call something a Negroni without using Campari, watch me try. The Aperol provided the bitter, just not as much. The other twist, an equal part of fresh orange juice which transformed this cocktail further. Loved it (and thanks all for the bottles).

Editor's Note
Fresh orange juice brightens the traditional bitter‑orange profile, turning the Negroni into a lively, lower‑ABV sipper.

This sounds like a fantastic, refreshing twist on a classic! I love the idea of using Aperol and fresh orange juice to brighten up the profile.
