This is an Old Fashioned Riff I made to showcase some Genever I was lucky to try. It's named partially in honor of one of my favorite middle school teachers.

You can use either Angostura or cherry bitters, depending on your flavor preference. Stir for 20-30 seconds before serving.
Editor's Note
Barrel-aged genever provides a malty, earthy foundation for this stone-fruit-forward riff. A custom apricot-coriander garnish elevates the aromatics.

This sounds like a fantastic riff! The apricot and coriander garnish sounds like a brilliant touch—do you have a specific ratio you prefer for that mixture?
