Another addition to our holiday menu right here. We decided the perfect accompaniment would be Prospect Reserve 7 year aged Kentucky Whiskey from Two Eagles Distillery, finished in red wine barrels. The smoothness and complexity of this whiskey worked beautifully with this cocktail.
