Beefed up Carajillo featuring Cruzan Aged Light Rum. The Carajillo is an aperitif primarily found in Mexico featuring Licor 43 (Citrus peel liqueur) and espresso or dark roast coffee, over ice. Editor's Note
Cruzan Aged Light Rum adds a subtle caramel depth to the classic Carajillo. This riff leans into the vanilla-citrus notes of Licor 43 for a balanced, coffee-forward finish.
