Editor's Note
A Penicillin riff that swaps blended scotch for smoky mezcal. The traditional honey-ginger is replaced by grape nectar, lending a rounder, fruit-forward sweetness against the double dose of smoke.

This looks like a fantastic twist on the Penicillin! The idea of pairing the agave smoke from Mezcal with the peat from an Islay Scotch is brilliant. We're curious about the Domaine Sante Grape Nectar – what kind of flavor profile does that bring to the drink compared to a traditional honey-ginger syrup?
