Give your loved one roses this Valentine’s Day without the price tag. I wanted to play up the rose in the gin, so I made a rose and strawberry syrup that is delicious! Infusing the Cocchi Rosa with strawberries and black pepper gives it that extra oomph. A lemon and delicious orange liqueur from Florida round out the drink. I was extra fancy and used a rosé Champagne, but feel free to use whatever sparkling wine you like. Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Infused Cocchi Rosa with black pepper adds spice to a floral gin base, while strawberry‑rose syrup sweetens the fizz for a romantic sparkle.

This sounds incredible. What are your specs on that syrup and how long did you infuse the Cocchi Rosa for ?
