Friends and family always make fun of me and my love (obsession) with anything banana flavored. The banana shape in the bag of runts, the marshmallow circus peanuts, bananas foster or flambé--I love it all. However few people like it as much as me, some just downright hate it and sadly it never performs that well on my cocktail menus.

Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake an additional 10 seconds. Double strain into a coupe and top with 3 drops of Creole bitters.
