A summery sounding drink that works really well in the winter. The gin has a nice mix of botanicals that play well with the thyme and grains of paradise infused Lillet. The olive bitters dry it out, it vaguely martini-esque. It reminds me of a snowy day, not that I have much experience with those 😂😂. Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Thyme-infused syrup and grains of paradise-spiced Lillet elevate this gin sour. Olive bitters provide a savory, martini-esque finish.
