Due to how crazy busy we have been with weddings and birthday bashes, we missed #negroniweek . I know 🤦 one of my favorite weeks, due to my obsession with bitter appertifs. Bitter Rich Baby Sister 2oz Prospect Reserve @twoeaglesdistillery Whiskey 1oz strawberry infused Grassotti wine bitter aperitif 6 red grapes muddled .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice .5 oz simple syrup 1:1 4 sage leaves Muddle the grapes with the simple syrup. Add the sage leaves and softly press to extract the oils. Add the remaining ingredients and shake.
