Blackberry Negroni

There are so many variations on the Negroni; this one adds a little sweetness from the cassis, and it tastes like a totally different drink. That’s why I love the versatile Negroni! Fresh blackberries really elevate the drink, so don’t omit them.

Editor's Note
Crème de cassis adds a jammy, dark fruit layer to the classic Negroni profile. The sweetness tames Campari's bitter edge, making for a richer, more approachable take on the iconic aperitivo.

Gin and blackberries are a go-to for me - but I haven't tried them in a negroni yet. Thanks for the inspiration!
