Refreshing, light, low ABV and exactly what I needed on a hot day. Originally I wanted to use a honeydew syrup but couldn't find one. I improvised with a fresh green apple, cucumber and lemon juice instead and it turned out quite delicious!

Bartender
Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Chareau aloe liqueur anchors this garden-fresh cooler. Crisp cucumber and green apple notes provide a bright, low-ABV finish.

This sounds like the perfect refreshing drink for a warm afternoon! Do you have a preferred ratio for the apple, cucumber, and lemon juice blend?
