A couple of days before, you will need to fat-wash the Tiki Lovers Rum with coconut oil. Make the air first. To make the air add 1 tsp of lecithin powder to 150ml of Tart Cherry Juice. Use an immersion blender to create bubbles. Add the rest of the ingredients into a mixing glass with cubed ice. Stir for 45-60 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Top with Tart Cherry Air.

Editor's Note

Fat‑washed white rum meets blue curaçao and passionfruit, lifted by a tart cherry foam for a galaxy‑inspired sunset.

This sounds like such a fun and creative concept! Do you happen to have the specific ratio you use for the coconut oil fat-wash so others can try to replicate it?
