I was going to make something else with this chocolate liqueur by @maraska_zadar, but the chocolate was overpowering and didn’t balance well. So I decided to make a classic dessert with it instead. When you don’t want a big dessert like a chocolate cake but you just need something sweet after dinner, what do you get? I usually go for an affogato. The chocolate liqueur added a fun flavor to the classic affogato and it’s super easy to make! 3 ingredients and 1-1-1!

Drop a scoop of vanilla ice cream into a glass. Add 1 oz of espresso and 1 oz of chocolate liqueur.
