Chocolate Negroni

Submitted on: September 12, 2022
The beloved Negroni is a bitter and complex cocktail. Adding a bit of chocolate is a nice variation, especially if you like the taste of bitter dark chocolate. This is a great after-dinner drink-- like a dessert without the sweetness.

Editor's Note
A classic Negroni gets a dessert-like twist. White cacao liqueur and chocolate bitters layer rich cocoa notes over the familiar Campari and gin backbone.
