Growing up, me and my siblings spent our April vacations with our grandparents in Florida. The most exciting thing about our trips were the coconut trees. I mean it. We were obsessed. We’d walk the streets everyday checking if a coconut had dropped, or try and shake the trees with our skinny tanned arms. White sand beaches? Okay. Being spoiled for a week by our Grandfather?
