Muddle pineapple in shaker. Add rest of ingredients and ice to shaker. Shake hard 20-30 seconds. Fine strain into cocktail glass over crushed ice. Add more crushed ice to top off. Garnish with fresh fruit and pineapple leaves. Sip through ImPasta straw.
