This is an Original Cocktail of Mine That Was Inspired By The Battle Cry of The Mexican War of Independence“El Grito De Dolores” The Cry of Pain for Cinco De Mayo. My Name For The Cocktail Instead of Using the Word “Dolores” I Used “Dolce” Which Means Sweet in Spanish to Incorporate The Sweetness Used in The Vanilla Syrup & Pineapple Molasses Syrup, Also Inspired by The Sweet Victory Mexico Must Have Felt After Winning The War For Their Independence. So Please Enjoy “El Grito De Dulce”

Editor's Note
Smoky mezcal meets bright citrus in this agave-forward sour. Pineapple molasses and vanilla syrup add a rich, tropical depth that lingers on the finish.
