Glasgow Mule
Submitted on: August 8, 2022
I love variations on the Moscow Mule, and this is a delicious version with Scotch relplacing the vodka in the classic mule. I had all this lemon balm in my herb garden and no idea wheat to do with it—this was the perfect garnish because it added to the lemon in the drink. A giant slice of ginger doubles as a stir stick.

Editor's Note
Scotch replaces vodka in this refreshing mule, with elderflower liqueur adding a floral lift. Fresh lemon balm provides a bright, aromatic finish.
