This drink lies somewhere between an Arnold Palmer and a Whiskey Smash. It has a fairly simple build but has a ton of depth and flavor from a not-so-simple sweet tea cordial. It’s low ABV and absolutely crushable, so perfect for Summertime!

To make the sweet tea cordial, please see the recipe below. Add all ingredients minus soda water to glass/mason jar and stir briefly to chill. Top with soda water, stir briefly to incorporate. Garnish and enjoy!

A whiskey-spiked Arnold Palmer, lengthened with soda. The house-made sweet tea cordial and a measure of Amaro Montenegro add tannic depth and a bittersweet orange finish.
