An ouzo-laced take on the medical classic. I leaned in heavily on the grenadine so that the liquorice flavour wasn't too powerful compared to the original. The drink is fantastic. The name is even better! Recommended brands: •Ouzo 12 •Lemon Hart 80* •Wray & Nephew* *a pot still black rum (such as from Hamilton) would be an appropriate single rum to use here
