In a phase of life drinking a lot Jungle Birds, you might find yourself experimenting with variations…which is how Jalisco’s Bird was born.

Jalisco’s Bird
Combine all ingredients in the shaker, add ice, and shake until exterior is frosted. Strain into rocks glass over ice, with optional mint garnish.

Tequila reposado and Suze replace the traditional rum and Campari, creating a bitter-forward, tropical riff on the classic Jungle Bird.
