Well it’s Old Fashioned week!! Now Old Fashioneds and tiki cocktails just don’t really go hand in hand, they’re very different cocktails. So I set out to challenge myself and see if I could take a classic tiki cocktail, one with a significant amount of ingredients, and transform it into a different format, while still maintaining it’s flavor profile.
