Well it's still #oldfashionedweek, so why not take another classic tiki cocktail and turn it into an old fashioned. So what is an old fashioned? Well it's Spirits + Sugar + Bitters + Water What if instead of traditional bitters, we use a bitter amaro? That's where the inspiration for this crossover came from.

Ingredients

1 oz
Dark Jamaican Rum

1 oz
Plantation Stiggin’s Pineapple Rum

.5 oz
Pineapple Syrup

.5 tsp
Campari
