Lava'n The Spring

This was more of a play on what spring would taste like to me. Citrus forward and refreshing but slightly bitter with a hint of floral. If I were to imagine a day at the race track, this would be the drink I would have sitting next to my betting ticket and a charcuterie spread.

- 1.5 ozSpring 44 Gin
- .5 ozAperol
- 3-4 dash
- .25 oz
- .5 oz
- 10 ml
