If you like Scotch whiskies and/or leathery wine, this one is for you. The dark, bold, and rich mouthfeel flavor of @domainesante’s Bored-O-Rogue pairs well with Scotch whisky and Cynar together. This drink has only 5 ingredients but it has an interesting depth of flavor.

This sounds like a fantastic, sophisticated sipper! I love the idea of using grape nectar to add that leathery, tannic depth to the Scotch and Cynar. Do you have a favorite Scotch you prefer to use for this build?
