I finally had the chance to make and subsequently try a classic Pimm's Cup as part of my journey through Tim Federle's "Tequila Mockingbird. I had never had a Pimm's Cup before, and the weather is stubbornly chilly here, but this was the perfect opportunity to try a truly classic British cocktail that is light and refreshing, perfect for spring. Cheers!

Editor's Note
An ultra-simple take on the Pimm's Cup, leaning on lemon-lime soda for a sweet, effervescent lift. Cucumber and a squeeze of lemon keep it bright and refreshing.
