Hello friends! Tonight I have a simple highball with just vodka and Amarula. The original recipe called for Bailey's, but I have no Bailey's and Amarula is a fine substitute. This drink is almost a poor man's White Russian with a pronounced Amarula flavor. The vodka does round things out a little bit and definitely takes the edge off.
