Hello friends! Tonight, I have a cousin of the Brain Eraser, the Mind Eraser! Removing the amaretto and doubling the Kahlúa while swapping club soda for tonic, the Mind Eraser is a large format shot designed to be taken all at once through a straw. I found this easier to drink through a straw than the Brain Eraser, and the tonic water added a hint of quinine tang. This was a smooth and easy drinker and left me wanting more.
