I have a delicious Old-Fashioned for you today featuring an incredible single‑malt Irish whiskey (kindly sent by @elementwhiskey). I’ve been on a bug Irish whiskey kick lately, so this one really hit the spot! I wanted to play up the malt angle a bit, so I included a little genever, which also added a hint of seasoning and a perception of sweetness.
