This cocktail was inspired by a 'Martini' that we made at a Christmas party. We didn't have any Vermouth so we subbed in some Green Chartreuse and it turned out surprisingly good. I decided to throw in just a splash of Vermouth here just to help balance it out. A nice citrus forward London Dry Gin provides some contrast to the herbal Chartreuse and Absinthe and the spicy Celery Bitters. I'm actually not a huge fan of Martinis but I could drink this all day!

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
A Martini variation that swaps dry vermouth's subtlety for Green Chartreuse's bold herbal character. Celery bitters and a grapefruit twist add a modern, savory edge to the gin-forward profile.
