View MoreRinse glass with Fernet-Branca and fold a small paper airplane. Add all other ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the rinsed glass and prop the airplane on the rim.
Editor's Note
Japanese whisky replaces bourbon, lending a lighter, more floral body to this Paper Plane riff. A Fernet-Branca rinse adds a surprising, cooling menthol aroma and a layer of bitter complexity.
