Made some Pecan Orgeat the other week so of course I had to do a Mai Tai riff with it. Just like with the OG Mai Tai you can play around with the whiskey blend here. I tried all bourbon, all rye and a rye bourbon split but I found Old Overholt to be my favourite. A little spicier than a bourbon but it still has a sweeter profile
