After Dinner

One of the great things about fall cocktails is that with some spooky exceptions, the flavors you use in cocktails for Halloween and Thanksgiving are appropriate for ALL of fall. So just because I didn't post all of my pumpkin cocktails for Halloween doesn't mean they aren't still appropriate! Though to be fair I'll drink pumpkin things all year round if given the opportunity.

Demerara rum replaces vodka in this White Russian riff, adding caramel depth to the coffee and cream. Pumpkin-frothed cream provides a velvety, seasonal finish.
