Queen's Sour

Submitted on: May 1, 2022
In Sweden we have a tradition to eat a raspberry/blueberry jam with our pancakes simply translated to "Queen Jam". A spur of the moment let this idea to translate over to a sour cockail of course. This is simply a easly sippable smooth berry vodka cocktail. I had some raspberry vodka and I just added a tiny bit of home-made raspberry syrup since I think it is a richer flavor. You can use a non-flavored vodka and add more syrup as an alternative of course.

Editor's Note
Inspired by Swedish 'Queen Jam', this berry-forward sour uses house-made syrups to build a silky, fruit-driven profile. A classic dry-shake ensures a perfect, frothy head.
