Start by muddling the blueberries enough to get them juiced. Add remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice for at least 30 seconds to get the egg white to foam. Add ice and shake again to chill the cocktail. Double strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass or serve up without ice in a coupe. Garnish with some fresh blueberries and a few drops of bitters.
Editor's Note
Freshly muddled blueberries and a classic sour ratio create a vibrant, frothy cocktail. The gin's botanicals cut through the jammy fruit, with aromatic bitters on top for a layered finish.
