1.5 oz bourbon 0.5 oz lemon juice 0.5 oz honey syrup Top with hot tea Star anise smoked glass (optional) Garnish: lemon wheels and cinnamon stick Smoke glass with star anise and let sit while tea steeps in separate container. Add first three ingredients to smoked glass and top hot tea. Stir to combine ingredients. Garnish with lemon slices and a cinnamon stick.
