I’ve seen quite a few posts featuring golden falernum, so I was so excited when I got a bottle. What’s it like? It’s definitely a rum liqueur with lots of lime, ginger and allspice. It has a lovely rich texture that brings a silky feel and a bit of oomph to the drink. So, to bring out the flavors I found a great rum and lime forward cocktail - the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club.
