Batching RTD cocktails that can be kept chilled in your freezer door is all the rage. The problem? Tiki cocktails don’t lend themselves to batching due to the citrus. So, when I found Supasawa I knew I had to batch a tiki cocktail. And what better one than the jet pilot?
Ingredients
- 6 ozOverproof Demerara Rum
- 1.5 ozThe Bitter Truth Golden Falernum
- 1.5 ozDon’s Remix
- 1.5 ozSupasawa
- 1 tspHerbstura
- 3 ozWater

Combine all ingredients into a 450 ml bottle. Shake to combine and store in the freezer until chilled. To serve pour 4.5 oz into a glass filled with ice.
