Rye Wit

I was just playing around with various sweeteners to come up with some three-ingredient variations on classic cocktails. This technically could be looked at as either an Old Fashioned with orgeat, or a Japanese Cocktail with rye. I HIGHLY recommend the Dashfire Old Fashioned bitters. They lend spice notes that blend well with the pepper notes in the rye. enjoy!
