Summer Breeze
Submitted on: March 20, 2022
Made this cocktail during a cold snap this winter. Wanted to make something that reminded me of the summer. The name was inspired by the lyrics of Under the Northern Star by Amon Amarth. 🎵 Soon the lakes and seas will freeze Snow will lay its veil And we will long for the summer breeze When we can set our sails 🎵

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Editor's Note
Agricole and Jamaican rums collide in this tropical-meets-spiced refresher. Watermelon and cinnamon provide a surprising, balanced bridge between summer brightness and winter warmth.
