This Apple Pie Is A Bit Tart

When the apple fan garnish fails you (it refused to look decent in this little cocktail glass), long live the mini clothespin. I will consider this my first fall recipe. (FINE FALL. YOU WIN. Pass that allspice on over here.) But if they all taste like this, I guess I don’t mind too much. Let it be known that shrubs are my favorite cocktail ingredient.

Editor's Note
Rosemary-infused gin meets a tart apple shrub in this autumnal sour. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram provides a warm, spiced finish that rounds out the bright citrus.
