This negroni has the Campari in the ice cubes with watermelon juice. As the cube melts, the taste of the drink changes completely. I used a huge ice cube, but a couple smaller ones would have been better so that the cubes would melt quicker.

To make the watermelon Campari ice cubes, combine and freeze fresh watermelon juice and 1 cup Campari. Add 2-3 of the ice cubes to a rocks glass then add gin and sweet vermouth. Stir and garnish with a slice of watermelon or a piece of rind.
