Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambery — lustrous coppery color, ~30-40 botanicals in a guarded recipe. Aromas of fruit compote, prune, walnut, grassy/spicy notes; palate adds almond, citrus, pear, cinnamon, gingerbread, tobacco, oregano, hyssop on a subtle bitter base. 16% ABV. Classic in Negroni and Manhattan.
